Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using QR Rocket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

Description of service

QR Rocket provides tools to create and manage QR codes. The Service includes:

• A free static QR code generator that runs in your browser with no account required
• Dynamic QR codes with editable destinations, short links, and scan analytics for registered users
• Paid subscription plans with additional QR code slots and longer analytics retention

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

Account registration and security

To use dynamic QR codes, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@qrrocket.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use QR Rocket to:

• Link to or distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Phish, scam, or mislead people about the destination of a QR code
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Overload or interfere with the normal operation of the Service

We may remove QR codes or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

QR Rocket offers a free plan and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, and Business). Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Plan limits (such as active QR code slots and analytics retention) are described on our pricing page and may change with notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law

If payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan and pause excess QR codes until payment is resolved.

Intellectual property

QR Rocket, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create, including destination URLs, labels, and uploaded images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and redirect your QR codes as necessary to provide the Service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that QR codes will always redirect correctly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Rocket and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for a subscription, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
